Start your morning the right way! Improve your digestion, clean out your system and feel refreshed!

There are so many benefits to a glass of warm lemon juice in the morning when you wake up:

  • The lemon actually alkalises your body helping to balance out PH levels in your stomach
  • Improves digestion and bowel movements
  • It can strengthen your immune system since it’s such a powerful antioxidant
  • It a great source of vitamin C
  • It has anti- inflammatory properties to help heal your body
  • It can help cleanse your liver
  • And can provide you with electrolytes

Get a whole lemon, squeeze the juice out in a cup and just add warm water, simple! Make sure to have this in the morning on an empty stomach for more benefits, but this drink can also be taken any time of the day, you’ll feel much better if you do!

The challenge: include this drink as part of your morning routine for at least a week and see how you feel, if you feel the difference, carry on every morning!
